Business Studies
Begin with a Pearson BTEC HND in Business in Chennai, then progress into the final year of a bachelor's degree overseas.
Overview
The best business careers are rarely built on one discipline. They are built on breadth, judgement and the confidence to shape your own path. This programme gives you all three.
It is a degree for those who want to design their own future in business: exploring accounting and analytics, management and marketing, communication and consumer behaviour, and shaping a degree around their own ambitions.
Your journey begins with a year at KCIC, Chennai, earning a UK-regulated Higher National Certificate in Business. Markets, marketing, people, leadership and accounting form your foundation, and from your second semester the classroom extends into the professional world.
Then, two years in Australia at Charles Sturt University, recognised by the Good Universities Guide 2024/2025 as the leading university in Australia for graduate employment outcomes. You complete Charles Sturt’s most flexible business degree, choosing the subjects and focus areas that match your career goals.
You graduate with a Bachelor of Business Studies from Charles Sturt University, ready to make your mark in business.
Your Degree, Your Design

You can also take up to one-third of your subjects outside business, in areas such as psychology, advertising or public relations, and you complete at least one capstone subject that brings your learning together.
The Charles Sturt Way
Where business learning prepares you for work.
At Charles Sturt, employability is built into the degree. You develop the skills industry values: thinking on your feet, approaching problems from different perspectives, and communicating with impact.
Students are known for the high level of support they receive, with personal contact from lecturers and tutors who treat each student as an individual.
Here, your degree is built around your future.
