01Fee structure
Programme fees for Pearson BTEC Level 5 Higher National Diplomas include:
- Tuition fees, covering teaching, assessments, and academic support
- Registration fee, a one-time, non-refundable fee payable upon enrolment
- Examination fees for Pearson external assessment and certification
- Materials fee for textbooks, lab equipment, and learning resources
Detailed fee schedules are provided in your offer letter and enrolment agreement.
02Payment methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Online payment through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking)
- Bank transfer by NEFT, RTGS, or IMPS
- International transfer by wire transfer or SWIFT
- Demand draft or cheque payable to Kings Cornerstone International College Private Limited
03Payment schedule
Fees may be paid according to the following options:
- Full payment before programme commencement
- Semester payment of 50% before each semester begins
- Instalment plan with monthly instalments and EMI options, subject to approval
04Late payment
Late payments may result in a 2% monthly penalty and may affect classes or assessment results.
Students experiencing financial difficulties should contact the finance office immediately to discuss payment arrangements.
05Refund policy
Refunds are processed according to the following schedule:
- Before programme start: full refund minus the registration fee
- Within 2 weeks of start: 75% refund of tuition fees
- Within 4 weeks of start: 50% refund of tuition fees
- After 4 weeks: no refund
Registration fees and examination fees are non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the admissions office.

Merit-based scholarships and need-based financial aid may be available for eligible students. Contact the admissions team for information about available programmes and application procedures.
