Technology now shapes every organisation on earth. The leaders who understand it most deeply, and can guide others through it, are among the most valued professionals in the world. This programme prepares you to be one of them.
It is a master’s degree for IT graduates who want to become experts: in artificial intelligence and machine learning, cybersecurity, cloud computing, data and business intelligence, networks, and the leadership of digital organisations.
Your journey begins with six months at KCIC, Chennai, studying the UK-regulated ATHE Level 7 Extended Diploma in Computing Technologies. Innovation and change, systems development, cyber security and an independent project form your foundation at master’s level.
Then, twelve months in New Zealand at Whitireia and WelTec, in the Wellington region, New Zealand’s capital. You choose the specialist courses that match your ambitions, and complete your master’s with an integrated industry project, an applied research project, or coursework that takes you to the frontier of IT.
You graduate with the Master of Information Technology, a Level 9 qualification on the New Zealand Qualifications Framework.
