Program Overview
Build a global career in hotels, resorts, tourism, events and guest experience through a Hospitality Management Diploma designed for practical learning, employability and international progression.
The programme develops the operational, commercial and leadership capabilities required across the hospitality industry. Students learn how organisations manage guest experience, accommodation, food and beverage services, events, marketing, finance, people and service quality. Applied assignments connect classroom learning with realistic workplace situations.
Core areas may include hospitality operations, customer experience, food and beverage management, accommodation services, marketing, human resources, entrepreneurship, events and business strategy. Students also strengthen communication, problem-solving, digital, intercultural and leadership skills for international service environments.
Graduates may pursue entry-level and supervisory opportunities in hotels, resorts, restaurants, tourism organisations and event companies. Potential roles include front-office executive, guest-relations officer, food and beverage supervisor, events coordinator, reservations executive, sales executive and operations supervisor.
The Diploma also provides a pathway towards a bachelor’s degree. Through agreed articulation and credit-transfer opportunities with institutions including TAFE NSW, the University of Essex and Ulster University, eligible students may progress to related programmes in hospitality, hotel management, tourism, events or international business in Australia or the United Kingdom. Entry level, credit awarded and remaining study duration are subject to university admission requirements and curriculum mapping.
This flexible route allows students to earn a recognised Diploma in India and pursue further studies or employment in the UK or Australia, gain industry experience, or complete a bachelor’s degree overseas. It provides a practical and financially considered approach to building an international hospitality career without carrying the full cost of overseas study from the outset.
