School of Architectural Design offers three bachelor degree program and an HND (Higher National Diploma) in Architecture department. Qualifications come with several accreditations such Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists. We have a close relationship with RMIT University and Institute of Technology, Sligo in Ireland, both institutions are accredited by RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects). There are no Architectural schools in India offering RIBA approved Architectural programs.RIBA is one of the most prestigious accreditations for Architects; RIBA recognises less than 100 schools in the world, and we are proud partners for IT Sligo and RMIT to deliver RIBA pathway programs in India.
The first two years is a typical design subject, further allowing the students to make an informed decision on what design discipline they want to specialise such as Interior Design or Architectural Design or Technology. The qualification focuses on preparing the students to use the most advanced design technology practised in the industry.This is a dual qualification, students will be awarded HND from Pearson Education, in the UK after completing the first two years at Cornerstone. Student's then further progress to Australia or Ireland to finish the remaining two years at our partner university campuses, and our partner university will award the Architectural degree

Qualification delivered at Cornerstone, collaboratively developed by Pearson Education and the University College London, Bentley (Global architecture, engineering and construction software vendor), Vinci Construction and Autodesk (Global architecture, design and development software vendor). Students admitted to the program will learn the standard units of Built Environment program for the first two years before they choose the specialisations in Architectural Design or Interior Architecture.
RMIT: has more than 135 industry connections for construction management, project management, project management and property and valuation students through the employer of choice program with Australian Property Institute, Brookfield Multiplex, EY, Jones Lang LaSalle, Knight Frank, KPMG, Mirvac and Stockland.
IT Sligo: graduates have gone to working with OStick & Williams, AECOM, FPA, Winkens Architects, Opperman Associates, Collin Martin Architects, Urban Architects and Douglas Wallace.
Student applying for this program should have the passion for design and sound knowledge of secondary level Mathematics and Physics. Admission to this program is purely based on student performance in the admission interview. The typical student must have completed higher secondary education (or) A level with merit profile and have completed 17 years of age at the time of enrollment.
